Prelude

“Prelude” is an experimental art piece by Trasitus. Coalescing along the Monterey Recreational Trail from February 28, 2025, coinciding with a rare seven-planet parade and supermoon, to March 14, 2025, featuring a full lunar eclipse, or Blood Moon, this narrative is captured through the eyes and cameras of those who witness it, told symbolically, visually, and through sound. As his introductory work, “Prelude” serves as a portal into Trasitus’ artistic vision, inviting one to explore the themes and symbolism that will define his future works. Central to the experience is its auditory dimension: the playlist “Tranquilo,” which reflects the artist’s life and features musical favorites that compose a symbolic timeline of formative experiences up to the eclipse.
